Sit, Stretch, and Sip: Tea Meditation and Chair Yoga In-Person

Join yoga instructor Bobbi Pehle as she guides participants through gentle chair yoga for a relaxing start to your day followed by a tea meditation to center and warm your mind, body, and spirit. 

Registration is limited to twenty JJC students, staff an faculty. Please be sure to attend if you sign up. If you need to cancel, please contact the Library so that we can give your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
